Great privately owned storage units. My original review was on the negative side. The office manager was rude to say the least.
Her comments were rude, inconsiderate and outright condescending. She did not recognize her offensive mannerism and apologized but without being earnest and obviously dismissive. It’s disgusting, offensive and poor customer service and...unprofessional.

UPDATE: 02-16-2024; Per the Owner Reps management made,
I wanted to update my review since recently having a great experience at Armadillo. I suspect Management is new.
Clive, their new front office manager has been great. He is very professional and diligent on doing his work and cares about people. They just need help. I appreciate the follow ups he's made just to close my unit. I will go back and get another unit surely, just for the kind professional experience I was met with. Thanks and please keep it up.“

Bethany is the best ever… I’ve been renting storage units at self storage and here she is the best employee I’ve even dealt with in my 15 years of renting. She is very on point with everything she has done for our mishap here with the gate she made everything so convenient and ready for me when I needed it, texted me every action that was taking place to get this resolved. Great, great, great communication!!
Will always recommend her to anyone that is looking for a space!

Great storage facility, very friendly staff. The online payment method is, however, kind of a nightmare. Your password will be dumped at a moment's notice, and when you do the "forgot password" thing, he email you've been told is forthcoming never shows up. I just paid by phone, which is also quite painfully long. Otherwise, great place. This sounds like whining but it's the only way I can find to get their attention about it.
EDIT: They have since changed their payment method and all is well now. Changed four stars to five stars.
